seven deadly sins
public installation in the norfolk countryside
victorian red brick pillars with white clay and wool sculptures placed on top
december 2020
this collection of sculptures are my interpretation of the seven deadly sins from christian teachings.
i used objects from everyday life made out of locally sourced materials including the victorian red bricks, originally made in the location of my sculptures.
the aim is to link environment with these sins as they are both ingrained in history.
the pillars still stand in place as they’re own sculpture installation with the absence of the white clay sculptures.
